Don't Misinterpret What You Read in the Bible

Their are so many people that have been duped into thinking that tomorrow the world will end, and no matter what formula you use or math you try to do will not help you to figure out when the Lord will return.

"But of that day and that hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels which are in heaven, neither the Son, but the Father. Take ye heed, watch and pray: for ye know not when the time is. For the Son of man is as a man taking a far journey, who left his house, and gave authority to his servants, and to every man his work, and commanded the porter to watch. Watch ye therefore: for ye know not when the master of the house cometh, at even, or at midnight, or at the cockcrowing, or in the morning: Lest coming suddenly he find you sleeping. And what I say unto you I say unto all, Watch." (Mark 13:32-37)

Other passages that speak of Christ's return are Matthew 24:36-51 and Luke 21:34-36. If you think that you have interpreted these passages correctly, please return to these passages and read again.

I hate to disappoint these people that think that the Apocalypse is happening tomorrow, but only God knows when the time is right to send His Son to claim His children. Another thing to think about is that God will not destroy the earth until He has accomplished all that He has relayed to John in the book of Revelation.

Are You Prepared?

Jesus shall come again soon,
Will your soul be in tune?
Or when in glory be denied,
We say we knew Him, we have lied.

The time we have is fading fast,
When you are gone, will your testimony last?
The message we bring is of great importance,
Because we all shall be judged in His presence.

The day of His return approaches,
And the end of time encroaches.
Do I know Him, as my Savior?
Or will you be dismissed for bad behavior?*

Consider His bleeding sacrifice,
Because your good works will not suffice.
For we are not our own,
But by Him, every part known.

From the Manger to the Cross

From the manger to the garden,
Knowing the choice we would make,
He knew that our life was at stake,
He knew that some of our hearts would harden.

From the manger to the cross,
Without Him we would die in the grave.
For He came to seek and to save,
So that we might not suffer loss.

From the manger to the coming again,
The world would turn their back on Him,
Being turned away, because I never knew them,
Because instead of Him they chose sin.

From the manger to the world,
To spread the message of life,
Not forgetting that He would suffer strife,
That for me His banner would be unfurled.
