I Have Called You

I have called you to go,
I have given you the power to know.
I will not leave you to yourself,
I will always to give you help.

I will be your light,
And I will give you sight.
I will prepare you to fight,
I will get you through the night.

I took on Myself your sin,
If you know Me, it will never be remembered again.
I have called out on the waves,
And if you fall, I AM, the One who saves.  

Small

I, a speck, a spark, so small,
Did not think He would see my fall.
I feel so insignificant on this earth,
But He knew me at birth.

He used things both great and small,
Even though we were altered by the fall.
David took down the giant with one small stone,
Zaccheus in a crowd was by Jesus known.

So whether great or small,
God can indeed use them all.
Don't let the vast world scare,
For even the small, He does care.

The Gifts He Bestows

Yesterday I talked about the gifts that I was thankful for on a personal level, today I want speak of the gifts that God bestows to everyone of His children.

1. His love
2. His life
3. His grace
4. His faithfulness
5. His joy
6. His righteousness
7. His mercy
8. His power
9. His Holy Spirit
10. His wisdom

That is only a few of the gifts that God has blessed us with. God has taken care of everything, can we not render enough praise on a daily basis for His numerous gifts? Remember what your God has done for you.
